That drop-off isn't about skill — it's about consistency, relationships, and hope. The very things a barista course alone can't teach.

The TCE Academy is built to close that gap.

And it is not a start-up idea — it is a proven mission, growing up: the sister academy of The Caffeine Experience, a Singapore social enterprise quietly changing lives since 2017.
